Sadly, things break. Most non-warranty repairs can be done on site.

Repairs that cannot be done on site, and warranty repairs, will be referred to specialist service technicians, where appropriate. We will disconnect your computer, transport it, pick it up when repaired and re-install. If you like, we will handle communication with the service center and track your repair to ensure timely work.
